Your Photo Album

Please select your page title for your photo album page.  This is what will appear under your banner and before the text starts.  For example, "Our Photo Album".

Please provide the text you would like as an introduction to your album.   You may place as much as text as you would like.

Now we need the photos you want to include in your album.  When you click browse, you will be prompted to select the file from your computer.  We will publish your pictures in the order you select them below.  For each album entry, please select the photo you want presented, the title for the photo, and the text caption you want printed under the photo.

If you can open Microsoft Word format (.doc), then please select that format, since you can type your information right into the form, save it, and send it right to us!  If not, we have provided our order forms in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf) which should open right in your browser.  You can either write your information on the form and mail it to us, or type your responses in the program of your choice.
